Cant right click moonless planets in probe scan system map

This planet without moons cannot be right clicked, and does not open any sort of context menu on hover left/right click. Open close relog do not fix. The other planets with moons in system can be right click, and open context menus appropriately.

I can confirm that this happens to ALL planets without moons that I have attempted to right click (to Warp Within 0)
