If I were CCP, every time someone complained about ticket wait times on the forums their ticket would be sent to the end of the line.

I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!

Length of time for a Support Ticket depends on the type of ticket submitted. Response time varies from 15 minutes (Character stuck) up to a few weeks (Reimbursement).

I suggest waiting patiently and regularly check your Email for a reply.

I believe posting your tickets on the forums will get you into deep **** that's how it is with most game so I don't recommend doing this I recommend deleting this
