So the one annoying problem I have with PI is that when resources "shift" on a planets surface, when I need to move my extractor heads I need to move them one by one which I find tiresome. I think it would be nice to have either preset configurations (much like in the scanning UI with probes) or to have a "Select All" option much like Shift+Click when selecting files in WIndows. I think it's just a nice optimisation to make the experience more smoother.

Just another thought, have a "Focused" config which puts them in a tight honeycomb configuration, then a "Spread" config which covers a large area.

Can we just get rid of resource shifts?
I'm sick of moving my ECU every 1-2 days to find a new hotspot.

Also remove the m3 limit on links.

Yeah now that I think about it, good point. Doesn't make much sense anyway! PI needs some love!

1) Because it's such a wrist-slittingly horrible activity, most pilots can't be bothered with it. That pushes prices up because supply is low. If you make it not wrist-slittingly horrible, everyone will do it and you'll have a pittance of the income you used to have.

2) If you have to shift your base every 1-2 days, you should perhaps find some lower security space to work in. I run 6 characters, and I only move the single lowest producer per day (assuming it falls below cutoff that is). Most days I just fly to the poco, collect my stuff, and refresh my extraction cycle.

NullSov is safer to work in anyways.
