i can't figure out where i can find the Market orders of other players. I only find the regional market but as i played the game a few years ago there were also a market where i could see buy orders from other players and get some freight jobs.

Did they change the interface? or do i have at a specific place to see those orders?

I'm not quite sure what you are referring to, but do you mean courier contracts?
There's probably a hot-key to open the contract window but I don't know what it is.

Click on the E symbol that should be in the top left corner of your screen.
Mouse over the Business option from the menu, then select Contracts.
click the Courier button near the top left corner of the contract window.
Fill in the other options on the left side as appropriate.
Click Search near the bottom left corner of the contract window.

It's in the contracts interface, not the market interface.

To get the Contracts icon, click the E at the top of the bar on the left, then look through the apps there, and drag it to the toolbar.

There are indeed buy orders listed in the bottom of the Market interface along with all the sell orders, however those orders are usually placed at specific stations or ranges to which the buyer will collect at a later date. Also most of those orders are priced very low. Not much profit but definitely a good way to dispose of unwanted worthless stuff.

As for running freight jobs, see the replies posted above.
