EVE Technology Lab

I have had an idea burning in my head.
It uses part of EvE database but not all
The app would be mobile android/Apple
It would be simply planet side industry
Much like the game "mobile strike" plays
It would be a war game of industrial level in the challenge to get PI materials.
The player upon getting materials or making items from PI could sell in markets but purchaser would have to go to the planet custom office to retrieve the goods.
The APP wouldn't be anything more than that.
The user wanting to set up in sovereign low sec would have to purchase permits from the alliance in control.
