Was observing Rallesnake Mastery certificates in-game, suddenly found this:

Are those stats real? Were they posted somewhere else?

CovOps cloak on a BattleShip? For real??? (Simulator didn`t allow to install one)

I got there this way:

5% ROF bonus is half of what tempest fleet issue have TFI also have 5% DMG bonus and is still bottom feeder in terms of dps from minmatar battleships lineup both have 6 gun slots.

Include no drone bay and its new concord Marshal for ya so you will struggle to break 600 dps with large artys

Cruise Marshal on the other hand will brake 1000dps and torp marshall will be viable pushing 1500-1600 dps since 7/7 low mid ratio will allow pretty sick application and range.

Perfectly balanced nothing to see here.

It's a Black Ops Battleship. it's not something you're going to include in T1/faction Battleship fleets as your shiny bling "better than the rest" supership, or something you're going to run L4s with or whatever. It has very niche and specific roles, like other Blops, and so it makes infinitely more sense to compare it to other Blops.

With those stats you can make it a much better midpoint/endpoint covert bridger than other blops. It's way easier to get it under 1.08 signal strength to make it ~nearly impossible~ to probe down while it's uncloaked or warping to a safe.

Also, unlike other Blops, most of its weapons bonuses include Range. That, combined with the damage role bonus and plentiful turret/launcher hardpoints plus more mid/low slots, makes the Marshall a much better long-range DPS/Alpha platform compared to other Blops. Having range-bonused webs and point/scram is also unusual and helps give the Marshall much better emergency defensive capabilities against tacklers along with the usual defensive smartbomb or neut.

Finally, the Marshal also looks incredibly promising as a hot-drop Brawler, capable of dishing similar damage compared to a Sin with better application, in addition to highly-bonused reps and defensive webs.

The pricetag will be its sole inherent weakness. I am expecting 10+ bil for the first round of hulls to pop up on market, which might average out to 5-6 bil once the new Project Discovery rewards pick up on the demand. However, unlike the other CONCORD ships which suffer from the "jack of all trades but master of none" effect, the Marshal is straight-up better than other Blops when honed to do specific things, and can even do certain things that are not possible with other Blops. And for those few people that need to do the impossible, it's going to be a very desirable ship, rather than just a shiny expensive thing to look at in your ship hangar.

Not sure what are you trying to say here or why to be honest.

Is it a black ops ship that's gonna be used for black ops things?
....i have to tell you i would never guess that...thank you....honestly.

I on the other hand was pointing about huge difference in dps two type of weapons will do while Caldari Marshal will do more DPS than Widow and basically do same amount of DPS as raven,Minmatar Marshal will do worse DPS than Panther and worse DPS and alpha than ANY Minmatar battleship no matter what.

Since weapon systems are on same hull this warrant that minmatar weapons will be obsolete just like now in game perfect example is Typhoon fleet issue no one with two brain cells capable of firing signal in between them will use fleet phoon with minmatar weapons.

For Minmatar Marshal to be in line it needs dual dmg bonus or higher dmg bonus than rest of the bunch while 5% ROF and 5% DMG would increase ALPHA as well as DPS simple 7.5% ROF would increase just DPS and i think that is what needed to be done so you don't have useless weapon system on Marshal.And how ever small you think this is(i certainly don't) it is damaging to game play to have bad weapon systems just like it is bad for Typhoon fleet to have useless weapon system.

You are putting all weapons on a same hull and removing drones ppl will follow the numbers simple as that adjust accordingly.

Calm down. You have never hotdropped with a Panther, obviously, so you should be a little more open to this subject you are unfamiliar with before inferring that anyone else is stupid.

The panther gets an effective 7.8 Projectile Turrets after bonuses, plus drones, while the Marshal gets 7.5, but comes with 7 lows vs. the Panther's 6 so you can easily make up the difference with an additional gyrostab. The big thing is you also get 50% falloff and 2 extra midslots, so a safe Polarized autocannon "sniper" is very feasible with the Marshall. This is what I mean when I say the Marshal can do specific things better than current Blops.

Sure, it lacks drones, but for dropping on people at range, unbonused sentries aren't going to add much without drone mod, which could be weapons range/damage mods instead. Also, I don't think you'd want to use your 6-10 bil Blops for Brawling under any circumstance, but that's just me. If you did want to brawl with it, you'd go with a Sin-style setup of having Blasters and not Autocannons. Similarly, you'd use a Sin rather than a Panther to brawl any day of the week.

It's a black ops BS, with the same cloaking bonuses as every other black ops BS's that have been in the game for many years. The main difference with this new BS is that is has bonuses for every main weapon system in the game, while the other black ops BS's are empire specific and only have bonuses for one weapon type.

How to get a Marshal BS? Here's one option.

Apart from that, I don't know.

Lore wise the Marshall is supposedly a Concord design ship, and there are BP's for Concord design frigs and cruisers available through Project Discovery, so maybe BP's for the Marshall might become available through that as well.
