CPU Management V
Interplanetary Consolidation V
Command Center Upgrades V
The rest of the skills are not as important to me, however would be nice if they are geared toward Blockade runner.

For PvP toon looking for around 5 mil sp starter
Remap at least 1
Focused on small scale pvp frigates destroyers
