I just finished training drones V but can only control 4 drones...am i missing something?

What ship are you flying? Most likely it doesn't have the bandwidth you need to run 5 of the drones you want.

Vexor, when i try to launch 5, it tells me i only have skill for 4, but i have Drones V trained.

Emptied cache, still the same...

Log out and back in.
Remove drones in the hold and then install 5 again.
Leave the ship and re-enter it.

What drones are you launching?

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

Please Note: Any advice given comes with the caveat that nothing will be suitable for every situation.
