Thunderdome Account/Character Issue

Hey guys

It seems we've come across an issue with Thunderdome where the accounts that users were supposed to get access to were not the ones they actually were accessing.

While we believe we have found a fix for this issue, as a precaution we will be removing all of the characters from any account associated with the alliance tournament. This is mostly to prevent leakage of setups and fittings across teams once the issue is fixed, and to ensure that ownership of characters and corporations named after those on Tranquillity stay with those owners. Part of this will also be removing the corporations and alliances associated with those characters.

We expect Thunderdome will return to regular service tomorrow (2017-05-30). Apologies for the interruption.

Additionally, to make it clear: This issue does not affect Tranquillity at all, and there is no reason to be concerned about your accounts there.

Is this why half my teams accounts were showing as if they was not even loaded even though they were in our initial email?

It is rough having only half your guys with access. Sent more emails no response. Not wanting to whine but time lost not in the actual arena hurts newer teams.

No, but any further additions of users is on hold until this is fixed.

Which speaking of, Thunderdome should be open again. We will however be doing a total drop of the universe next Monday around 12:00, after which point you will need to recreate characters again. We'll be doing this to make sure we have no database weirdness going into the preliminary rounds. Please make sure that you save all of your fittings that you have been using.

We'll be starting to add users in again this afternoon, if your account is still not working tomorrow please make sure that you let your team captains know, who should pass it on to me via email.

Until then, please let us know if you find any issues.

It's now 14:00 on said Monday and characters are still there.
Will you do another complete drop before the feeder rounds start?

Looks like we're not going to to need to do the wipe before the feeder rounds in the end, so don't expect a wipe any more before the feeder rounds.

erm, I still cannot access the server. Is there anything I can do on my end, or am I definetly excluded from participation?

Any update on this? Also any info on if the watch list or fleet improvements will hit TD?
