This module dropped from the Blood Raider Sotiyo. It has never shown up in market history before I bought it today, and as far as I know, it was impossible to obtain one before, making this module unique on tranquility. T2 variants of this module already go for 600m due to their rarity, and there are hundreds or thousands of them.

how u knew it dropped from DB structure if you bought that from market?

and if that's the case how you know it won't drop over again? any officials confirmed that to you?

I never said it won't drop again. I think it's probable that at some point it will be removed from the loot table given that the mod has been phased out, but I made no gaurantee of it. As for the latter question, when one has never been transacted on the market before, has never shown up on a killmail before, and googling turns up no evidence that one has ever been sold before, and then a few days after the first sotiyo is killed, from which we know it dropped, a member of karmafleet dumps it on the market, it isn't hard to deduce where it came from. I think that's a bit too unlikely to be a coincidence.
