I tried to "just do it" and delete it but windos says "file cannot be found". So I tried cmd and the file shows up with 0 bytes and can't be deleted. Cleared windows cache, registry, hit "refresh" on the desktop. Anything else I can try before booting up linux? Omen Navy Issue Tutorial

Making a folder with exact same name allowed me to delete the blank file, but than can't delete the folder and upon refreshing the folder turns blank and becomes the new ghost file. Very amusing bug.
