Tracert stops on ccpgames.com in one case, and on one of uplinks in other case.
Cellular on 3g seems to open website - this I how I type it.

Honestly saying, I was about to jump into battle in my Proteus haour ago, staying on the grid cloaked, when suddenly client hung.
Ping, tracert does not show availability of eveonline.com, secure.eveonline.com, forums.eveonline.com, etc.
Tested on 2 different ISP within one city

Umm, don't want to loose my only and first prottie)

The same problem. Can open eveonline.com only with Tor
