Is it frowned upon to report people that have been permanently banned coming back in other accounts?

What if they tried ripping me off, or were in a rival corps. Is that then more morally acceptable?

Why does it matter whether it is frowned upon or not? Just do it if you like.

They were permanently banned for a reason and CCP will ban their new accounts again the moment they notice who it is.

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.

I'm quite certain it's not frowned upon to report people who are not supposed to be in the game (hence the part 'Perma' in banned). If anything personally I'd be annoyed if other players know permabanned people to be back and where not reporting it.

Go for it, the people who would frown are supporters of the person in question or of the activities that got them banned.

they are permabanned for a reason so no complaints here. That said I probably wouldn't do it unless they were blatantly breaking the EULA, other than the obvious ban evasion bit.

is it the account that gets the permaban, or the person behind it? If it is the account, why is it wrong to come back on a different account?

afaik it is the player. I met someone who was permabanned at a meet up and they said any time they come back someone recognizes them and they get banned again. They typically give a few temp bans before a permaban for things like isk buying, botting, or input multiplexing as well as confiscate any illicit proceeds. I think they have the details in a dev blog or on the help desk.

Are you saying the PermaBand can't play Eve?

Thank you. Thank you. Okay. Enough of the rotten fruit. I'll just be seeing myself out now.

if there's a way to cheat a system people find a way to do so
it's really hard to make a permanent ban work these days there's so many ways people can get around them VPNS internet service providers change people's IP addresses like 3 or 4 times a year some do monthly

I personally never going to break the rules on this game I like it too much I don't have those type of skills those people have an even then I would never use them I value making friends too much to cheat and break the rules in a game

I hope I'm not breaking any rules talking about this stuff

I know a few players that have cheated in the game and a few those people were my friends in the past
most the people I reported are guilty of selling isk

if you want to make money off of selling game cash Here's 2 games were it's legal entropia universe and Second Life

please do not do it in Eve online
