I've been doing days of research over the stuttering issue but can't seem to find a fix.

The issue: Every few seconds my frame rate will stutter for like 0.25 of a second. It's very apparent whenever I orbit something and lock my camera on the object (Hold C, click object). As I'm orbiting around, I can see and feel the stutters.

What My hardware is and what I've tried todo:

1. I have a top end i7 with SLI 980ti and 16GB RAM. Running on an SSD. 1440p GSync 144hz monitor.
2. I've tried turning down ingame graphic settings and running in low.
3. Change NVidia control panel to run at Maximum performance
4. Interval set to immediate.
5. Turn off GSync
6. Close as many programs and services I can and running EVE
7. Run as admin and high priority.

Please help.

Issue is 80% resolved. In short NVidia has issues with multi monitor set ups where one monitor is 144hz and 60hz refresh.
Details here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Eve/comments/65nrtm/stuttering/

Still micro-stutters when at a 40-man fleet though - just not as bad.

Edit: Stutter is totally gone once 60hz monitor was unplugged.
