Everybody running burner missions knows that Jori McKie Viziam's thread on solo fittings and advice is officially burner central here on the forums. He's done a great job of curating and linking to the best high efficiency cap boosted fits, but many of the cap stable fits have gotten buried in the thread. I prefer cap stability for safety and simplicity despite some loss in efficiency (as do others).

I saw that Jori is back and is overhauling the topic, but in the meantime, I just wanted to throw my personal cap stable burner fits out to the community in a consolidated fashion. I've made a few mods along the way, but most were designed by other people. Apologies for not crediting each one, but I honestly don't know where most came from at this point.

Cap is highly skill and implant dependent. I have average skills and don't use any cap implants. Always check the fits to ensure they truly are cap stable for you. Be very careful modifying any of the defensive modules - some are pricey but are necessary for cap stability.

Notes: Caldari Nav BCSs for fitting purposes. You could get by with T2 webs but you'll lose some DPS application.

Anomic Agent - Guristas Worm

Centii A-Type Small Armor Repairer
Capacitor Flux Coil II
Magnetic Field Stabilizer II
Corpus X-Type Armor Kinetic Hardener

Coreli A-Type 5MN Microwarpdrive

[Empty High slot]

Small Ancillary Current Router I
Small Anti-Kinetic Pump II

Notes: I overheat the MWD until within 10km and then shut it down.

Anomic Agent - Sanshas Nation Succubus

[Daredevil, Cap Stable vs Burner Succubus]

Capacitor Flux Coil II
Corpus X-Type Armor EM Hardener
Magnetic Field Stabilizer II
Centii A-Type Small Armor Repairer

Small Anti-Thermal Pump II
Small Capacitor Control Circuit II
Small Anti-EM Pump II

Notes: I overheat the web, AB, guns and hardener. Deactivate heat on web at 13km and deactivate heat on AB at 3km (both burn out easily).

Anomic Agent - Blood Raider Cruor

[Wolf, Cap Stable vs Burner Cruor]

Coreli A-Type Small Armor Repairer
Navy Micro Auxiliary Power Core
Coreli A-Type Thermal Plating
Gyrostabilizer II

Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Nova Rocket
200mm AutoCannon II, Republic Fleet Fusion S
200mm AutoCannon II, Republic Fleet Fusion S

Small Anti-Thermal Pump II
Small Capacitor Control Circuit II

Notes: You can use a T2 web but DPS application suffers a bit. With the Censer cap battery, Cruor neuts 13.5 GJ/s. Ensure that you have sufficient overage based on your skills.

Anomic Agent - Angel Cartel Dramiel

Notes: This is the only burner mission that I don't run a cap stable fit for because the loss in efficiency is just too great. However, the kill time is only about 1 minute and it only requires 1 cap booster using the traditional boosted fits.

Anomic Team Burners - All

Notes: I run the classic polarized Garmur fit that I think most people use these days. It's well documented.

Anomic Base - 3 Burner Serpentis Talos

[Vexor Navy Issue, Cap Stable vs Burner Talos]

Damage Control II
Drone Damage Amplifier II
Drone Damage Amplifier II
Capacitor Flux Coil II
Capacitor Flux Coil II

Medium Capacitor Control Circuit II

Medium Capacitor Control Circuit I

Republic Fleet Berserker x5
Republic Fleet Berserker x3

Notes: I use a VNI because I can't fly a heavy assault cruiser. It relies on small sig and speed for tank. Running the shield booster constantly is just an additional safety measure and allows for piloting mistakes. It also keeps the workload down when manually piloting. It can tank up to 2 activated sentry guns but don't approach any Talos directly or it will overwhelm the shield booster quickly.

I also run the Angel Transport and Burner Ashimmu missions, but use a Cyclone and Gila respectively that rely on buffer/passive tank vs cap stable active modules. Jori links directly to those fits on the first page of his thread.

I certainly don't claim that these fits are perfect, but I've refined them over time and they work extremely well for me. Cap stability should ensure that you never lose a ship (even if you get a disconnect) unless you forget to turn on a defense module or you get ganked.

Linking it and thanks for your work on it. If someone would be so kind and do the same for lower skilled player fittings, i will be a happy camper.

on the hawk why not Caldari Navy webs? They are cheaper than Fed navy and use less cpu. They let you make a bunch of other fitting changes too. eft estimates your fit at 460m, this one comes in at 250m.

worm, I don't immediately see anything. Just maybe swap the web for a scram,

succubus, I don't know that I like the resist rigs as they slow you down, and a big part of the mission is catching the dang thing. there is also a pretty good wolf fit that can use the same wolf as vs the cruor, using extra tracking mods, a compact small cap battery, and RF Emp.

Cruor: love that wolf fit, I made a tiny adjustment for a bit more damage. I have some antipharm drugs in cargo for tracking and armor reps, never needed the tank boost though.

Dramiel: I've stuck with the double web blap daredevil too. A vengance might be the best bet for cap stable, this is what I have in EFT, never used it though.

Serp Base: The Deimos does pretty well for a cap stable build.

Angel base: never tried a cap stable fit, doesn't look too hard to add a RF large cap battery to the vigilant fit that makes it mostly cap stable.

I've been running the Fed Navy web on the Hawk simply for the extra 5% speed reduction over the Caldari version - though I can't imagine that it's worth an extra 200m more. I may try your fit just to bring the costs down.

On the Daredevil vs Worm, I've gone and back and forth between a web and a scram and settled on the web because it has slightly better range and slows him down a bit more. A scram is certainly cheaper though.

On the Daredevil vs Succubus, that Coreli AB seems to get me into range within about 10-15 secs when I overheat. My kill time is right around 1:15. I'd be interested in trying out that Wolf though.

I'd like to run that collision accelerator in the Wolf for extra DPS, but my cap skills won't allow me to run anything short of CCC II. I'm just barely stable under neuting pressure as it is.

running also a version with cal navy web but 3 instead of 2. this will become handy with the 200mm ac with barrage i also use .

since i replaced the tp with the third web the guns hit much better and afterall is a bit faster. but i dont measure it jet.

thank you for the cap stable fits. this is certainly more to my preference.
I have one question about the hawk fit. the webs have 14k range, while the burner daredevil has 18k range, and it wont have to get close than 16k if it wants to scram you too. is it possible that he can stay out of your web range, thus reducing applied DPS or cancelling it completely (my EFT shows 14.2k rocket range, 15.2 with all V)?

The Daredevil attempts to orbit you at 11km so he always stays within range.

yea I was wondering a bit on application and total dps vs the daredevil, the cap boosted setup I use has a t2 damage rig, a rigor, and a painter, seems you need to drop those to get cap stable.

vs succubus the daredevil will be faster, but the wolf is super easy to fly. The t2 min resists make the damage type a joke, and small ACs can hit it in orbit. For players with experience I will easily recommend the daredevil activating and heating a web/ab isn't exactly hard, but it is one more thing to think about.

for VNI fit, may I suggest dropping one of the guns and replacing one of the capacitor flux coils with a drone damage amplifier? with my skills, at least, the cap is still stable and overall DPS is increased.

If you've got the cap skills to drop a flux coil, then absolutely. All of the fits I posted are designed for people like me who have good, but not perfect, skills. Cap stability is highly individualized.
