Re posting as ISD removed the original. As the Character was Stating having all LV Navigation, Shield, Armor, Navigation, and Targeting skills. I never claimed Capital anything.

So let me be clear if you can't see the skill on the Eve Board http://eveboard.com/pilot/Apathetic_drone PW 15631322

It has all the Sub Cap Skills as per Certificate at LV for those skills. I never claimed Every Skill was at level V you can train.....All the Sub cap skills for those associated with them are!

Can fly Amarr Blacks Ops Now
It has 5.0 Security
1 Remap
+4 implants
Researcher agents, Four at once
High standing for many agents, factions and Corps. Does not have negative towards any Faction. Other then NPC.
All LP earned will remain. I'm not going to waste time spending it. Same for Research Points Agents.
Low Corp history.
No Kill Rights for or against
In NPC corp. Will move to Jita when sold.

I just did a quick Check. It has 150k in LP left. 14k in research point to spend. Also maybe 500M in Capital skills book injected including Jump Freighter, and others. Has 5 days to fly Amarr Dreadnought.

I think that would cover the extra 1 billion I'm asking for.

What do you think. Is that a fare deal at 62 Billion. If so then I will start a transfer today and close it out... I have other toons I need to invest in...

Character received, with proceeds from sale, net of PLEX purchased to transfer, still in the wallet, and no in-game contact as to who to transfer the ISK to. I'm happy to forward the ISK to the intended party, upon verification. I'll have Apathetic Drone open a support ticket to address this.

Edit: A support ticket regarding the matter has been opened By Apathetic Drone.

I emailed support and they have not replied. I even told them up front what I posted in the sale. At transfer time. That all other assets other then LP and Research Data Core are to remain property of seller. . I never heard back form them.

I never had this issue before when transferring an account.

I will give them 24 hours then email a GM.

Do not send any ISK to this account. I want CCP to answer the ticket and as to why it did not transfer assets. AS per costumer request...

Update:

The support ticket is currently under review.

Update 2: ISK has been transferred to seller by Support. Seller identity was not provided. Some other material assets (ships, equipment) are still with Apathetic Drone. If you can identify a few of the specific assets and system locations as a means of verification of ownership, I will be happy to contract them to you. Please contact Apathetic Drone in-game to make it so.

GM Sirius did transfer the ISK. But none of the assets. The ticket is still opened and did merge both into one.

I will wait to see how they want to handle the transfer of assets. As it should not be left to the seller and buyer. It's why the sellers pay 2 plex for the service. As the buyer should not have to roam around contracting items. At least I kept things in one place mostly it comes to that.

Next time I will just transfer them myself to save the headache.
