I’m a casual null-sec player that hasn’t spent more than a few hours at a time in high sec for quite some time now. As such, I have no infrastructure or support network in high sec, which poses a problem when I have more than 1,000 bpc’s of T1 items that I’d like to manufacture instead of mess about with invention. There simply isn’t a market for most of these T1 items in my null-sec home, and it’s cost prohibitive to produce them in null-sec and JF back to Jita.

It’s my understanding that structure owners are able to charge a tax on manufacturing and refining, so I’m hoping that I can work something out with an engineering complex owner out there somewhere.

As with any null-sec group, my alliance is often at war with the high sec war groups. This makes hauling the ore, minerals, and end products myself problematic since all my alts are in the alliance, and I have no intention of resubbing another account simply to freighter once in a while. So the arrangement I’d like to work out with someone is that they haul my ore and/or minerals from Jita to their structure, and once production is complete, either hauls my end products back to Jita for me to set up sell orders, or buys them from me at the halfway point between Jita buy and sell order prices. In exchange, I’ll do all of my refining and manufacturing at their structure, which they will collect tax on. The vast majority of my production will be sub-capital ships.

I understand this may not be the most cost effective way for me to operate, but it’s still what I’m looking to do. Please let me know if you’d like to discuss this further.

If this is a raw deal for the structure owner, then please let me know so I can start setting up alternative plans.

To clarify, the index is more important than the tax. The tax doesn't really matter.

I just installed a job yesterday, where it was something like 135m in a nulsec Sotiyo at over 9 index, and 15m in a lowsec Raitaru at around an index of 1.
