This is basically the best you could hope for under any terms - either PI, PVE or PVP (if you know your stuff).

Has all T4 planetary resources available to produce, tons of moons. Can make Wetware mainframes, Integrity response drones, fuel etc.

Very few dead towers, no citadels, completey uninhabited.

Price: 1 bil - payment upfront or using 3rd party (check my previous sale and contact him, I am 100% trustworthy)

I know it's a little expensive but its one of the best systems out there for PI, and also comes with wolf rayet so I either sell this or I keep it for my alts.

I've been to this system. It smells funny.
