Great character

Just added in the Tengu skills since it's a great little ship, no need to not have them, they will all be at lvl 3 by tomorrow.

Also trained the light, heavy and support fighters skills.

Decent offer, but with good old skill extractors and injectors, I can just scrap him for somewhere in the range of 45B profit, with the possibility of scraping him down to something someone will buy cheaper and making some isk off the extractrors that got him there.

For now, i'll hold on to him.
