The modules Biochemical Reactor Array and Medium Biochemical Reactor Array are known to not be allowed in hi-security space. But there is documentation from multiple sources such as the EVE Uni wiki and POS calculators found on the web that say those modules can only be anchored in 0.3 sec space and lower. But if I look at the modules in game, in the attributes tab it says "Restricted to security level at most: 0.4". But is that 0.4 inclusive or exclusive? Does it account for systems with a truesec rating of 0.41, or 0.39 such as Vifrevaert?

I just want to get a finalized answer before I go anchoring a POS and then finding out I can't anchor this module in a 0.4 sec system.

That was a fix CCP made some time ago (couple of years iirc). The code was incorrectly checking for < 0.4, instead of <= 0.4.

The bug has been fixed, they can be anchored in 0.4 systems, same as any other lowsec or lowsec/nullsec limited structures.

If in doubt, try it out on Sisi first.

The tl;dr: You cannot do moon mining in .4 or higher.

0.5 or higher as of Crius. We changed a >= to a > so the code does what the authoring was always assuming it did. I just fixed the display text for the attributes this afternoon to reflect this, but the code should already be in place.
