To anchor a POS in wormhole space, would I need to have my own Corp setup in order to do so or can I anchor while apart of The Scope?

Meaning you need permissions from a corp to anchor a tower, and once you do it will belong to that corp, not to you.
And NPC corps don't have a CEO who can give you permissions.
