Buy the rarest of rare award ships, then set self destruct on them one after the other until there are none left in the game.

Other than that, nothing you do to be evil is going to be noticed by anyone as anything other than just "playing EvE".

The problem is it is too easy to be 'evil' in this game. As result lots of kids already do it (look for CODE.).

If you want real hard mode - try to be 'pure good' Lol

Make alpha account (different email from main account)
Go gank idiots in rookie systems not stop.

When/if CCP bans you and sends you an email, do not reply, just delete it and make new alpha account and do the same again.

Personally I'd classify CODE. as Chaotic good.

Pure "chaotic evil" is afk botting isk farmers. They are the lowest of the low.

I'm not affiliated to CODE. in any way, but they are playing the game in a way that interacts with other players, they are no-where near as bad as botters. Not even close.

If you play the game within the rules, you are not, and cannot be "Pure Evil".

I disagree. CODE. has to be Lawful Evil. They have a very strict set of rules and all players in a certain region must follow their rules and order or be blown out of space.

I remember many years ago when 3-4 year old players would target newbie corps and try to dec them out of the game.

Choose a single player and just to get them to stop logging in

Now is that evil or something completely different.

Depending on the circumstances, continuously singling out one individual specifically to drive them out the game would come very close to being considered harassment.
You may end up having to make a case for having a valid in-game reason to do this.

Step 1: Project a persona that is crazy yet mostly likeable. We're talking the kind of "crazy yet likeable" that builds cults.

Step 2: Create an "inner circle" of people that can support, cheer lead, or (at the very least) tolerate your colorful, yet predictable insanity. Just make sure that they are all within "leg breaking distance" in real life (or buy them a few beers... whichever is less messy).

Step 3: Accept that not everyone will like you and punish offenders accordingly.

Step 4: Never bite off more than you can chew. At the same time, never make promises you can't keep. Failure reeks of weakness (unless you can make that weakness your strength).

Step 5: Delegate, delegate, delegate. Being a warlord means you will be busy most of the time making threats and being insane. If you can accomplish a task by sending a rookie into the fire... do it. No need to get your own hands messy.

Step 6: Keep things interesting for everyone. Have your close supporters bring in or build a bunch of ships for "suicide fleets" or kill an underling/ally in dishonorable combat... just because.

Step 7: Money is power. Make shrewd deals with allies and enemies alike... just make sure your "inner circle" is aware of these deals.

Step 8: Quash all dissension and consolidate your power. Make an example of anyone who questions your authority... preferably in the most colorful way you can (who says using capitals to gank a lone industrial is overkill?).

go to the corp adds

find a new one started by a new toon

act genuinely helpful seem invested and donate a few hundred mill to the benefit of the corp. good chance you will be promoted to director or some other position with hanger or wallet access. push to implement isk generating policies higher taxes/mandatory full donation mining ops ect. help recruit like mad to increase the isk pulled in by this. eventually that wallet will grow quit fast at this point it is up to you. Take all the isk and just leave or take it all and laugh in their face.

doing this you can even get lucky and the CEO will decided he needs to by plex to speed things up doing thins i have managed to quadruple initial investments in under two weeks,

Aha! It's an arrogance persona you want....Well ok then.

Step 1 ) Learn absolutely nothing about Eve, it's mechanics, it's playstyles, it's ethos or the history of the game.

Step 2 ) Do something particularly stupid (with extra marks for expensive) in-game due to the aforementioned lack of knowledge.

Step 3 ) Come to the forums and create whine posts about the stupid thing you did.

Step 4 ) Completely ignore any/ all helpful suggestions that are offered in the thread you create, while repeatedly demanding that CCP change the mechanics immediately to coincide with your particular idea of how Eve should be. Disregard anyone who disagrees with you, regardless of how polite they may be, while calling them names you don't really understand but you think (mistakenly) will make you sound like you actually have a clue.

Step 5) Repeat Steps 1-4.
