Does anyone know the formula i can use to reverse engineer this back to tracking speed?

**** if I know. Pretty much everyone who used the old system liked it better, right? But it's "easier to understand" if you didn't use it or something.

By the by, it was capital=2000m, large=400m, medium=125m, small=40m.
