New Eden Store Time Out

Hi guys

Hope someone can help. So I have been trying to access the store for a few days now.
When I try I get a message saying that the store is receiving data and then I get a message that the store is unavailable - timeout, try again later.

I've looked online and confirmed that I am launching from the launcher. I'm using the install from Stem and even went into the install dir and ran the launcher exe file. Same result.

Also thought that it might be due to changing my default browser to slimjet so have even changed that back to chrome.

I've logged a support ticket a week ago about this but as yet had no response.

Any other suggestions ?
