first sub 200 accounts costing £2000
Then train on those accounts for skill injectors.
Sell first lot lot of skills injectors for 320 billion.
resub with plex and start secondary training.
sell injectors from accounts now running 600 sp farmers for 960billion a month.
resub with plex. Keep 240billion a month profit

Oh where to begin with the errors in this post...

1. Cost - The 2000 figure mentioned will only sub the accounts, not the required equipment to be able to produce the skill injectors by the end of the first month sub. It would take another 1000 to buy plex and sell for the required capital to purchase skill extractors, cybernetic implants, skill books. If you want to actually produce the skill injectors by the end of the first month it would cost many times that much to buy 600 initial skill injectors for each account to instant-train all the accounts to be able to use the lvl 5 implants for maximum skill point gain.

2. Time - As mentioned previously it will not be viable to produce skill injectors at max efficiency until about month 3 if only training from the skill que. There is another 2 months of sub for each account.

3. Logistics - Is it really worth that much effort of running 200 accounts for the listed profit? Do you have the technical knowledge and the expertise to be able to keep all the accounts in order? Do you have the equipment to be able to run all the accounts? Do you have the patience required to do the tedious log in-log-out 200 times?

4. Sheer boredom - If I have 200 accounts and the financial wherewithal to plex them up to the required level that is mentioned above, then why not simply inject all of them to fly Tengu or Proteus, camp a gate in Tama or Hed and watch the hilarity ensue as anyone tries to get through.

Oh and the profit thing is probably way off... as plex has increased in isk price, and injectors have decreased in price to the point where parity ability to sell and purchase both extractors and plex for each account no longer gives the profit mentioned.

It will take at least 3 months to train cybernetics 5 so you can install +5 implants and accumulate the 5.5 million baseline SP you need before you can start extracting - or you can buy farm characters on the bazaar for roughly 3 PLEX each.

At that point you will need a PLEX/month to maintain the account and another PLEX/month to purchase extractors - your break even at current PLEX pricing is around 635 million ISK/injector once you allow for brokerage and taxes. That's about what they are currently selling for.

This plan will make you rich in EVE but broke in RL. The day has 24 hours. I that isn't enough we'll play EVE.

Pay to Win has always been real in EVE.

If you are prepared to drop this much RL money on EVE, you deserve the benefits.
If you pay CCP that much money, I am only glad that its good for the games development and margins.

But.

You might lose it all, ingame.
Even a 2000buck investment can be lost overnight, especially if CCP makes an unanticipated change.
