Coalition access to Cynosural Generator Array

Right now Cynosural Generator Array (CGA) can only be used by alliance ships. It would improve coalition logistics if it would be possible to set it depending on standings like Jump Bridges.

I expect that CCP isn't likely to spend much time working on things attached to POSes since POSes themselves are headed for the scrapheap sometime SOON™.

However, I would also reasonably expect that whatever replaces them will most likely use the access list mechanic they introduced with citadels, meaning you can set them up to be used by anyone you like, and maybe even hopefully charge a fee for use.

they are going to remove POS anyway and cyno beacon will have to be mounted on citadel. I'd say it's good time for CGA modification.

That was my point. Any changes will probably be done as part of moving them off the POSes, not separately, so I wouldn't expect this anytime in the near future. We're probably at least (minimum) 6-9 months away from that point, given that there's been little to no chatter about it.

Coalitions are not a game mechanic so you won't get game mechanics supporting them.
Just stop being individuals and actually merge into one alliance already.

Except we already have a game mechanic that supports it, albeit unintentionally. The access list mechanic for citadels is exactly what can enable coalition mechanics in game, enabling me to include people who aren't in my alliance to use the facilities of my citadel even if they aren't blue to me. Hell you can even do it in a roundabout way with standings and outposts. There's no real reason not to apply the same mechanics to other alliance related items.
