Corporation asset safety - how to redeem assets?

About 45 days ago, I moved a bunch of stuff out of a citadel using asset safety. Although it is NOT INTUITIVE AT ALL, did get all my personal assets out of asset safety and delivered, paying the 15% fee. (open each can, then click-drag all items to item hangar, pop-up window pops up telling you how much it will cost, pay it, done).

However, I have a corporation asset safety can, that I cannot get to at all. It has been delivered to the nearest lowsec system, it shows in the inventory window, it shows on the "impounded" tab of the corporation assets window, but nothing I do lets me get the assets out of the can.

Right clicking, dragging, double-clicking, nothing works.

I have rented a corp office in the system.

Ideas?

EDIT:

I received a response to my tickets. The locked asset safety can as depicted in the screenshot in my OP is actually not a "real" asset safety wrapper/can, it's empty. It displays like it does as part of a known issue that is actively being worked on and (I assume) be resolved soon.

By impounded it means there is an outstanding bill by either you or your previous Corp, if you had the roles or someone else you need to clear the bill with the station owner.

There is no way to pay via the impound mechanism.

I can't find a way to pay to release my corporation/alliance assets from Asset Safety at all, I'm completely stumped.

Heh, just submitted a support ticket about a minute after you posted that!

I'm really stumped. Tried everything can think of, googled seven pages deep.

Will share how to do it once I find out!

Just off the walll thinking here. Do you have roles to accept contracts for the corp and to receive items for the corp?

There's possibly a lot more experience with asse safety mechanics amongst the posters there than here.

I have filed a support ticket already, and depending upon their response, I'll file a bug report if needed. Will update here when I know more!

Another shot in the dark here: Did you check if there is enough money in the corp wallet?


EDIT: Also all of my information regarding asset safety stem from that article Tau posted. And to me it sounded like one would have two weeks to get one's stuff back for free. I'm a bit confused now.

You can redeem your items from asset safety for free to a citadel in the same system up until the time they are automatically delivered (typically 20 days) as mentioned in that article.

Yup, plenty of money in the corp wallet. The problem is I'm not getting an option to pay! The asset safety wrapper/can around our corp/alliance assets is locked, and there is no way to get it unlocked, there is no option to pay, I can't drag it to the corp hangar or anyplace else, I can't open the can to view the contents (much less drag the contents), right-click just shows "show info", double-click does nothing, nothing I do does anything at all.

I have not had a response to the support ticket so far, although it HAS been assigned. As Marsha Mallow (great name!) has indicated he/she has the same problem, I am submitting a bug report on this today also.

I've no personal experience with the asset safety system. But I'm curious - what do you see when you go to the corp UI, then Assets tab, then Safety sub-tab?

(I assume there's nothing there, as the assets seem to be already delivered, but maybe there's some final step from the Safety sub-tab that needs to be done?)

Is there a bill under Wallet -> Corporation Wallet -> Bills?
