Why is there a log for Security Status changes, but not a log for Standings changes?

There is. Open Character Sheet. Go to Standings. Right click a faction or corporation, Show Transactions. This will give you a list of standings changes and a short description of the reason and the percentage lost or gained.

Thinking more of the scenario where you're running a combat mission and you want to see which standings it's affecting.

That's easy. The standings for the people who sent you on the mission go up, and the standings for the people you're shooting go down.

thats part of it


say you do a caldari story mission your standing with caldari go up. since your calldari standings go up all standings with factions allied with caldrari go up a little and all standings with caldari enemies goes down a little.

Rogue drones and mercenaries don't have standings to affect, just a side addition. They have been the least problematic enemies to shoot if standings an issue.
