Lately I have started using bookmarks more due to running in and out of WH's.

I think it would be a good idea to have an option that allows you to set a timer on bookmarks. I have bookmarks all over eve that are dead.

for example CCP could allow you to save under tabs, each having a lifetime counter.

Gas SItes
Relic Sites
Data Sites
Combat Sites
Wormholes

Take WH's for example if you save a signature under here it could have a life set at 36h's
This would surly clean up the server.

Mobile Depot / 30 day bookmark.

I am sure there are lots of ideas around this, and TBH having book marks around gates burn out could make it more interesting.Smile

1. Open People and Places window.
2. Click Places tab.
3. Look at the bottom of the window. There's a button labeled "Create Folder"
4. Create folders to organize your bookmarks however you wish.
5. Learn how to name your bookmarks for ease of cleaning. Putting times and dates on your bookmarks helps here.

you can also sort BMs by date

What Iain Cariaba and Lugh Crow-Slave are saying is simply that the tools you need to simplify removing dead bookmarks already exist and I agree with them.

Having said that I cannot see how or why an auto delete option based on time would cause any problems in the game so CCP let's add this to the bottom of the someday list.

So long as it doesn't glitch when they mess with the system and delete all my super deep safes from 2012 im fine with it.

because shiz gets cray when ccp touches ol' code
