Hello, I can not log into the game, getting a version info not available message. I tried the permissions fix and it doesnt seem to be helping. This happened out of no where, 2 hours ago i was logged in and in a fleet. Any suggestions?




I forgot to add that i am and have been using the new launcher

So this problem is at least three months old and is still happening.

CCP, could we have an ETA on a permanent fix please?

Same error here, and my launcher hasn't been able to update itself for a while now. Running Launcher: 1045952.1035

Loglite gives me 'couldn't update updater, aborting update'

I log in via launcher, accepts my information ask for character names then nothing. the sign in screen fucks off leaving me with nothing but a stupid ******* launcher to look at, then it times out and says there is a problem logging in to your account.
If I close the launcher and restart it does the same old crap

No problem is the totally shite launcher we have been forced to use, cause 90% of eve is made up of stupid knob-heads who cant keep their accounts safe

14 yrs I have never had my account hacked, get rid of this sodding launcher crap

ive fixed it you have to reset launcher to it default values close the launcher - reopen launcher - add all your userames and passwords again
