We're paying 400m to join the capital ship club, but why the huge difference between the 100m dread card and 400m carrier/rorqual card?

I'm sure here's an RP reason but the bottom line is that dreads are a more vulnerable ship class, so they're supposed to be cheaper both in ISK and SP to get into. Ofc the hull values were left the wrong way around because :CCP:

Its a huge deal. You can fly a Force Auxiliary, Carrier and Supercarrier for only 400m and one skill trained. 400m actually seems too low.
