I have a goal to reach Caldari faction standing of 9.9; I want that 2 run BPC from the cosmos agent!

Currently I am at 9.55.

I have completed all the career agents (a long time ago).
I have completed the Circle agents.
Turned in tags for standings.
Completed all the Cosmos agents.
Gained the highest FW rank to get the promotion bonuses to faction standings.
Completed the SoE arc several times - last run was last week.
Completed the Caldari epic arc several times - last run was last week.

So, is mission running for story line missions the only option left to gain the last 0.35 standing? I really do not want to wait three months for another run at the epic arcs! I can blitz low level missions to get the story line but the % increase it pitiful.

Train Social to V to increase your standings faster. Your best bet is to blitz L4s and complete whatever storyline missions they offer (combat ones will give the highest increase). If you plug away at it for a few hours a day you sgould be there inside of a week or so.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

Technically, if you have the skills for the right ship, blitzing level 3s is easy, faster, and better for a standings grind. However, it depends on the number of agents in the station you are using. Also, you should look at the location and type of agent the local storyline agent is.

For corporation standings, yes. But L3 Storyline missions offer less Caldari standings gains than L4 Storyline missions (especially combat ones) so you may have to run twice as many L3 missions to get the same result. The best option is to probably blitz L4s then switch to L3s when you either run out of agents or are forced to start declining more than one mission in a row.

Honestly, you'll make more on grinding missions getting that last standing bump than you will from the pair of Navy Raven blueprints (been there, got the t-shirt.)

Thanks for the info guys.

I do have social 5. As for making money, well, its the objective not the cash :) After all there are so many better ways to make bank than missioning.

OK, I'll start grinding missions for the story lines. Pity but fair enough.

Connections V doesn't help unfortunately, as the determination is made on the base number before adjustment. Best of luck with your quest!

Since you've already completed all of the Event Agents, you're just gonna have to grind Storylines and wait 3 months to run the Epic Arcs again. As for running missions to gain Storyline offers, definitely do level 3 missions. They can be completed much quicker thus allowing you to do more missions per hr which in turn will net you more Storyline offers.

Good luck.
