does anyone know of a safe sectury sector of space that has jaspet ore I just need the system like black rise and I don't want to buy it.

You'll see that Jaspet is only available in Low Sec unless You go and find a Jaspet anomaly somewhere (if there even are any - I'm no miner).

How are these types of requests applicable to missions exactly? Pretty sure there's a mining-specific forum for these...

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

Open your probe scanner when traveling hisec and look for jaspet deposits.
You can warp directly to them, no need to probe them down.
