is there a way to figure out which was the last epic mission you were on? i have not done them in forever and i want to continue but i forgot which one i was last on.

i was also told at the time if you fail or do not finish a mission you can never do the arc again and they are 'one time only' segment of missions. did this change or is it still one time only forever?

i was also curious if they did anything with the rewards. i remember completeing caldari epic mission arc gave a caldari navy raven as a reward.

Epic Arcs can be redone every 3 months. The rewards are actually quite good and you get Faction standing increase each time it's completed.

Epic Arc missions don't expire and if you fail a mission I believe it sends you back to the beginning of the chapter. If you don't complete the Epic Arc mission it will reset at downtime. The only way a mission can be failed is if you quit or complete the mission objective and get ganked causing you to lose the mission item.

If you have an active Epic Arc mission or if one is offered it will be listed in the mission journal. If you don't report to and ask the agent for the next mission in the series then no mission will be listed in the mission journal.

If you started an Epic Arc and didn't complete it you can view where you were on the Epic Arc by selecting the 'Epic' tab in the journal. It will list all of the completed missions of each Epic Arc you've done. You can then compare that to the missions listed in the wiki.

Some players say EveUni has an excellent wiki but in my opinion it's just copy / paste of what was in Evelopedia. Unfortunately CCP discontinued it but the info can still be viewed in Evelopedia via The Wayback Machine. Just click on the Epic Arc series you were doing to view a list of the missions.

Another great resource to use is Eve Survival Epic Arc Missions as well.

Last and certainly not least, you can always submit a Support Ticket and ask for an Epic Arc to be reset.

No, only certain Cosmos Agents give out a 2 run Faction ship BPC.
