Hi,

Agent Teston Hrinz is in space and effective standings are 9.9.

He does not have any missions, could you please remove this piece of spacejunk or activate/repair this agent?

Unless they changed something, those COSMOS agents go off of REAL standings not standings modified by skilled like connection and criminal connections. You might not have true 9.9 standing.

All Cosmos Agents should accept standing modified by Social skills.

I suggest you submit a Support Ticket asap. They can tell you what is required to access the agent.
