someone can give me fit for stratios. I want do Combats in null sec.

Member of COVEN I think this means Russian. Russian means the south. South means blood raider or Sansha (maybe Angle).

The answer to the above question if you mean running anoms is the same in pretty much all cases.

If you are specifically referencing only DED sites, chances are the Ishtar would also work just as well if not better than Stratios, but neither is a good option unless only running low end sites.

Without more information, no definitive answer can be given.
