I wonder how do they compare to Facebook's, or maybe are just the same...

Wow, and this is in connection to device? Is good we dont have to buy dildos with terms of service that say you cant use them outside bedroom.

If anything, it looks like a big terms troll.

This is the same thing people got worked up about when tumblr updated their TOS. All its doing is giving the company the right to have other people using their service interact with your stuff.

If I go on tumblr and post a picture, then anyone on tumblr can reblog it, they don't need my permission. Given the similar wording in the Occulus TOS, I'd imagine its set up like this for largely the same reasons.

Americans and their Abuse of the English language.

Upward inflections, Fry's and now everything is "SUPER"

How in this world can something be "Super Shady" or anything?

That proves shady is already ethically accepted.

This looks just like about all the ToS for about all things that have social online services. I'd say this is mainly a way for the company to protect itself from death by a thousand lawsuits. I still don't think it's ok, but civil law is hilariously broken pretty much everywhere on the globe and pretty much requires terms like that to be somewhat safe.
