Can't download new updates [finally worked]

So twice now the new update download just stuck for me. It would download really slowly for a bit then just stop. It would get to a couple of percent then just stay there for hours until I restart the launcher for it to do the same thing all over again. I tried to download test and it's the same thing. Last time it took 3 days before the download works normally.

I am playing in SEA so the connection to eve server isn't all that great but it shouldn't be this bad. I just want to ask if there is anything I can do on my end. Not getting to play for 3 days everytime eve get a small update is pretty annoying.

Edit: It works now. Only took 6 hours, no biggie.
