Rare Jump Freighter BPCs?

There are no Jump Freighter BPOs in game, and the max ME and PE you can get via invention is very limited.

However, in a forgotten container I found 4 Anshar, 1 Rhea and 1 Ark 1-run BPCs with ME9 and PE18, what shouldn't be possible at all. Before I simply use them and safe something like 200 to 300 mil in manufacturing cost per BPC, I'd like to know if these BPCs are considered rare, and if yes, what collectors would pay for them.
