Sir, you have removed my post, saying, that I have reported the thread for violating the rules.

The char for sale is NOT in a NPC corp and the player offering the char is a different char, than the char for sale.

You will need to join an NPC corporation before selling this character as per the following rule:

11. The character being sold must be in an NPC corporation at the time of posting, and for the entire duration of the sale/auction thread being active.

Please remake a sale thread once you have joined an NPC corporation.
