Dev blogs and announcements
Aegis has been released on July 7
The Aegis update has been released on July 7. We see the new Gallente Tech-3 "Hecate" destroyer, missile rebalancing and new missile modules, ships balancing, graphic improvements and more. Check out the Aegis patch notes! Please use the general feedback thread to talk about your first impression and use the issues thread to report issues. Also note that on July 14 we will see the second part of the Aegis update, the sovereignty changes.

Missile guidance modules, the Hecate and balance updates in Aegis - Feedback
Read CCP Rise' latest dev blog about changes with the Aegis updates including new missile modules (fine tune missile speed, missile flight time, explosion velocity, and explosion radius), the 'Hecate' and several interesting balance updates (Ishtar rebalance, buff to the Tempest and more).

Summer of Sov - Transition and Deployment - Feedback
Major changes to nullsec sovereignty mechanics are coming on July 14 with the second part of the Aegis update. CCP Fozzie explains in this blog the transition from the current sov system to the new system and how you will be able to deploy TCUs/IHUbs and how to capture structures. Please note that there is no formal way to transfer sovereignty between alliances in this first release.

Summer of Sov - Nullsec PVE and Upgrades - Feedback
Together with changing the nullsec sov capturing mechanics on July 14 we also see considerable change to nullsec PVE and space upgrades. Upgraded systems will contain more anomalies, "low value" nullsec space will become more valuable, wormhole spawn and decay rates will change and more changes are included in this update.

New SKINs Now Available in the New Eden Store!
With the Aegis release on July 7 and July 14 we will see a considerable amount of new SKINs. Now you are able to decorate your Tech-2 frigates, Tech-2 destroyers, Tech-2 cruisers and Tech-2 industrials with amazing new SKINS. Check out the above linked news article for a sample of the new SKINS.

Presenting The EVE Vegas 2015 Gaming Pub Night!
EVE Vegas is the fantastic EVE player gathering in Las Vegas, this year from October 23 to 25. Instead of running around during a pub crawl, the Friday night at EVE Vegas will see a Gaming Pub Night at a bar. Available are EVE Vegas tickets and now also the Gaming Pub night tickets. Don't miss this fantastic event!

DUST 514: Warlords 1.2 Overview & Patch Notes - Feedback
Together with the Aegis update for EVE we also have published the Warlords 1.2 update for DUST 514 on July 7. Warlords 1.2 brings Planetary Conquest 2.0, a new progression system, dropsuit slot progression, new types of squads, new skins and a lot more. Have a look!


World news and reports
Drifters destroy Celebrations
Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) celebrated their 12th birthday and showed a great display of Amarr unity. The festivities were suddenly disrupted by a large Drifter fleet attacking CVA and Amarr forces resulting in losses exceeding 12 billion ISK.
