Mining Barge Microwarp Drive and Afterburner

I think that a mining barge specific MWD and AB is in order so that the MWD or AB would be able to be used with the mining barge but not take up immense fitting points while still providing more propulsion power that is not achieved with current market variants.

Why should miners need that much speed ? My 28.1 m/s Mackinaw is perfect that slow. This could be useful maybe for the comet mining idea but without that I don't see the point.

Or mining barges could just get pwg reduction bonus for fitted mwds.

If this were a problem (which in my opinion it is not) it would be far easier and much less work to give the hulls a bonus for the effect desired rather than introduce special snowflake modules.

I'd opt for a boost to barge powergrid but they aren't supposed to get full MWD speed boosts because they are supposed to be slow.

Mining barges need neither a mwd, nor an afterburner. They wouldn't help survivability and they'd atill be super slow with them anyway. You should mention the point of your request.
