What to do with max prober alt?

I've been done with scanning, nav, and all the other core skills for ages. Maxed out all the frigates, covert ops, and even threw in the venture and prospect for lulzy gas mining now and then. Not sure what do with her now though. I've already got a leadership character so that's out. I'm also stuck on an int/mem remap for the next few months at least so there's that...

Just spitballing and looking for ideas really. If you've got a suggestion i'd love to hear it.

difficult to say without seeing your skill sheet but just thinking out loud maybe

Propulsion Jamming & Anchoring V (T2 Large Bubbles)

Starbase Defense Management (POS Gunner)

Various skills in Electronic Systems (for Electronic Attack Frigates)

Cyno 5 (for covert cyno generation)
Sequester Risalo
Deep Core Mining Inc.

I wouldn't create a POS gunner anymore. With the incoming changes to structures POS gunners will become obsolete.

Depending on your playstyle a cyno alt or hictor pilot might be interesting.

If you're set on staying hard to the remap:

Targeting
Map specific Strat Cruiser skills
Cybernetics V and the infomorph skills are nice for implants and clone jumps

You could train off-map skills to IV and still not lose a lot of time. It's not terrible.
The time loss/savings really is more drastic when you're training skills to V.

Could just not bother training and move the character onto a account you wont be using her with to save some money/plex

Kinda what I plan on doing with this guy once I get my boosting/ceo skills done wont need to have him and my indy guy on at the same time

First, I'd go into EFT and select skills that fit my map and see if there's anything I want to train. If I didn't have anything to train, I'd probably start training one of the other slots on the account.

In your case, cyno field theory V for covert cyno? (oops, already suggested above)

Cyno/stealthbomber. A max scan alt with cyno 5 can be very popular.

You could expand on the frigate skills by training combat - make a frigate PvP alt/burner mission runner.
