TypeID to GroupID?

I have a typeID list, but I cannot seem to find an updated GroupID list linking the items. To be more clear, I am looking for an update of what was provided here: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=112780

Steve's reply in that link is still how you get the data. The current SDE has the updated groups and best done through a database.

Also, you might want to post these types of questions in the technology lab instead of here. You'll get a better response.
