Hello,

Many of you have activated double authenticator and surely some have had or have a problem that we do not want to ask the authenticator code on our home computer or the computer we play normally.

This is the issue and im going to explaint step by step:

once you activated double authenticator on eve web you starting the eve laucher like always then you put your login and password, then you have to put eh auth the code, enter the code and accept entoces game starts.

Well surely many of you have check the box "don't ask for codes on this computer" http://i.imgur.com/7kqGm5y.jpg then the next time you start the launcher he ask you again for the codes.this is what i do to fix it and at least works for me:

1. Execute the eve launcher and going to launcher settings http://i.imgur.com/sePS234.jpg

2. Execute the eve repair tool, you may finish out with this error http://i.imgur.com/2TEVDi6.jpg click OK

3. Again run the eve launcher and the eve repair tool, this time will end without any problems. click OK

4. Run eve launcher put you login and password, the auth code and now you can activate the box "don't ask for codes on this computer"

Next time you run Eve on "that same computer" hes not going to ask you for the autenticator code
