Quafe skins not in the NES

Is there any other source for Megathron, Dominix, Vexor and Catalyst Quafe skins, apart from having been given one when they were special edition ships and/or fanfest prizes? Can a player win one from Quafe Corp somehow?

Put another way: are the ones in game today, the only ones in game (until more prizes are given out)?

no they are limited edition skins. You want one shell out what we feel they are worth. I have 15 sets of them (domi, vexor, tristian)

Why should my skins be worth less because you want to be cheap?

because you came on here asking for a way to get skins that were announced as limited edition when they came out. Seems more like someone being a little ***** because they missed out on something and now they dont want to pay the piper.

I've found some past offers I might have taken to get the ships that would have eventually become skins. There was a Fanfest offer in March for the Vexor, Domi, Tristan for buying game time. Missed it by >< that much. In Oct 2014 there was a TwitchTV stream for Las Vegas that had a Megathron Quafe BP as part of a $9.99 package. Not sure that I would have taken them if I didn't know the ships would become permanent skins.

I don't know where the Quafe Catalyst skin came from. I vaguely recall special edition Quafe Catalysts on the market in Jita some time ago.

So, I will make my offers on the market and hope for the best.

Quafe catalyst came from the catalyst collection pack that was part of the buddy program, I don't know if they are still available like that.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

Nope, I'm one of the people who invested in the skins before they became permanent, Quafe in particular. I just don't believe in being a cynical sob.

OP, yeah they were all special releases for various promotions. The catalyst used to be relatively cheap, but obviously not anymore. That said, if you find you have some extra isk, I do recommend getting them, as they do look pretty awesome Big smile

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

Wow, going full ****** for pixels - I hope they do offer them on NES just out of spite now - I couldn't really care less but I would enjoy it at this point.

No they are no longer available however there are gazillians of them in peoples hangers as many invested and stockpiled. Since they can no longer be destroyed and each character can only use one they aren't going anywhere anytime soon and prices will fluctuate as people get in buying and selling wars over them. Plenty of opportunity for all for the forseeable future. even the quafe mega sold many hundreds of copies i'm sure.

FYI:
I completed my Quafe skin collection, except for the capital ship skins. I'll grab those next time I actually own a Gal cap ship.
