Okay, the bpc has valid runs left. the minerals are in the same hangar (item hangar) as the bpc, and there is enough to make multiple items if I wanted. Its the same station I've done blueprint research for the last 10 years at. I have the necessary skills to manufacture the item. The manufacturing facility supports the manufacture of cruisers. So why is the manufacturing interface claiming I don't have any minerals to make the cruiser?

Okay, I just saw the drop down box on the right. Been a few years since I've done any manufacturing, quite a few as a matter of fact.
