Hello,

I've been contacted by people about whether I am going to resume VAERT, a charity that exists for the kind of tragedies like the recent Nepal Earthquake.

I am not sure about what this would be useful for, though.

In the past, VAERT received sensible donations during the "normal times" past CCP closed a PLEX for Good initiative and before the next disaster happened.

At the time of need, VAERT would then organize a "last donations rally" and then send both the accrued donations plus the rally donations to the appointed PLEX for Good CCP Character.

However, since the last PLEX for Good nobody has donated anything, therefore what sense would it have to re-activate an account I don't use and which has nothing to donate stored on it?

At this point my own "logic" would suggest everyone to directly donate to CCP, without "the middleman", whose only mission imho was to gather donations before the PLEX for good initiative, not now.

This is what I think, but if somebody else got ideas or reasons to go throught the whole VAERT "reactivation" please let me know here.
