A bunch of new features and game mechanic changes will be introduced with our next release Mosaic on April 28th.

Ship skins, lots of new and improved visual effects, Opportunity system instead of the old tutorials, revamp of tactical destoyers, changes to nullsec ores and mining ... the list is quite long!

Looking forward to the continuous updates. Hope it works smoothly in practice once things really start rolling.

EDIT: By the by, is the "import skill plan from clipboard" feature still planned for next week?

Yeah, that's why I asked. I don't think I've seen any "official" mention of it anywhere except there.

Not so many groundbreaking features this time. No big deal, plenty of time to shake up the world later.

One curiosity (killed the Kat) however:

What are the names of the forthcoming 5-weeks release? We used Greek mythology titans first, then sea monsters, then?

Quick question regarding the Control Tower Bubble effects -- If say.. a small frigate was inside one of the divots at the north or south end of the shield, would it be 'outside' the shield.. or 'inside'... not sure how else i can ask this question, so i apologise for any misunderstanding Big smile

Please please please hold off on the skins thing...go through all the pages of that new threadnaught and take those feedbacks to heart...please! I don't want to have to spend $20 for a frigate skin. Use this new flexible schedule to delay this and do what it seems a majority of your customers want....not what your greedy corporate wallet wants.

If you look closely there is still the continuous sphere that caps those 'divots', it is just less obvious.

New Icon SiSi feedback thread that got wholly ignored!

An example of that a good ship icon set looks like.

To be fair, you don't have to. There are only 3 frigate skins at that price and there is zero requirement to buy any skins at all. Not to mention that there will be the option to buy them in game for no real money.

And I say that as someone who thinks the prices are a bit out of whack.

At one point CCP Fozzie said that there would be a few uses of the entosis link coming in April 28th--not related to sov, but some use for them at least. Is any use for the entosis link still planned to make it in the 28th release?

CCP: it seems like the new DCU icon would be a great opportunity to also make it a passive module as it was originally intended. I assume that the original technical limitation is long overcome.

Any plans for this?

As always the plan is clear and promising.

But please please, if you transition over updates.eveonline, you should update it MORE REGULARLY. And if possible not leave us in the dark about basic things like even the name of releases up to 6 days before release!

Also, more or less related, I hope there will still be new wallpapers! (both to remplace every new wallpaper we had in the eveonline.com/releases and to the wallpaper section) Its very useful for third party websites and desktop wallpaper lovers Big smile

So can we have optional in-game notifications about updates.eveonline.com updates or patch notes or new game world news?
CCP already have game-wide notification system but never used it to actually notify players about something that is important. What?

Well, I for one am really looking forward to the Mac client/Cider update. Not being able to run anything else in the background and having to completely kill the audio really sucks the atmosphere out of EVE. Not to mention the sudden unexpected lock-ups...

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

Will we be able to whitelist IP's for the Two-factor Authentication process? I would like to have it setup, but do not want to use it in my own home.

And @ CCP Seagull... we spoke at fanfest about the way credit card expiry is handled by EVE, we cannot update our card information when an EVE online account is paid for. Can you please have a team look at it. Thx.
