Out of Game Events and Gatherings

Ok so im looking to purchase tickets soon and I want to know what the procedure for this event(s) would be,

How much has it been , how many places, has it been filling out ,when can I purchase (does my partner need a ff ticket) so on so fourth.

I know it's waaay to early for any of the details to be nailed down but any information would be appreciated ,
informed decisions and all that.

anyone whos partner took part last year (or in previous years) could you help me out here?
